Android Project. Login form using Sql Server 2008. Development environment Java Eclipse

Hello,

This project would be the way to test me how the worker is going to perform in the future project which I would be providing him/her.

Here is what I need in the Project

a) A login form with basic logo and information which does form validation.

b) Checks wheather the UserID and Password does match or not.

c) If yes Log's into the Application

d) If you go out, the software (app) should remain active, hence the person would be logged in.

e) Just put one item in menu saying logout where the session end.

f) User interface and the layout is one of the main key aspects of this project. Please make sure that the performance will be based on that.

What you be providing me

a) **Complete Source Code** tested on Java Eclipce

b) Proper Indexing and comments

c) OOPS implementation is a **_MUST_**

Envoirnment

* Java Eclipe using ADT Plugin Android 2.3.3 Level 10

* SQL Server 2008 R2

Make sure I need an app not a WEB PAGE.
