add feature to startftp and make it working(repost)

Startftp [url removed, login to view] is web server to server backup ftp solution made using ajax/php/mysql means if you ever change hosting you can simply backup files from any remote server to remote server by installing startftp on the remote server that means you dont have to backup files to your computer and then upload to ftp server, you can simply upload files from server to server by just installing startftp to new host, the script was working in php4 but now its not working in php5.

1) You must make Startftp working with mysql

2) You must make Startftp working without mysql

3) you must create option while installing Startftp to install with or without mysql database as currently it works only with mysql.

4) the cron job must be set automatically if user checkmarks cron job.
