Convert Ruby functions into PHP and create Website

I have an ios app, it's a game, and it's powered by a ruby script. i want this code (simple code ;) ) to be converted into PHP in order to create a web app. The website isn't that difficult because the nature of the app...isn't complex. It will be minimalistic and it just will display here and there some info taken from the database (displaying using some jquery box/alert).

The ruby code needs a quick fix, practically it wont count properly the best month/player.

I have a mockup that will display how it will be, i've also created something in PHP just to show more or less how it will be (im a developer too, but i havent time lately :( ).

The website should be responsive and optimized (use some kind of caching, and the image on the background must be "light" and in proportions) also the image should not be found in the webserver (hide the path) and it shouldnt be copied/dragged outside the website. the code must be well written and with comments so if i will put my hands on it, i know what you wrote, and where.

When bidding, write the word ciao on top of everything.
