Basically what the skycaddie does is it tracks your location on the golf course via GPS and gives you distance to the pin, hazards (ie...bunkers, water) and wind conditions.

We need this application created for the Palm Pre (webOS) as well as the IPhone.
The best app the iphone has to offer is www.golfshot.com. The basic feature set as well as UI we would like emulate but we also have other ideas to make our app different.
Here's the basic features set we would like to have....
* **Golf course search**
* **Golf course proximity (nearest golf course)**
* **If possible tee time booking**
* **Hole by hole details including yardage**
* **Sat-view of holes**
* **Yardage from current point to target point (not just to a place one the green) this will be useful for shot planning on par4s and par5s.**
* **User profile and normal yardages**
* **Current weather**
* **If National weather service provides alerts, we can give for thunder and lightning warning**
* **Shot tracker**
* **Score tracker**
* **Score analysis**
* **Shot analysis**
* **Save round data**
* **Compare rounds**
