PHP Point of Sale database Report Update Needed

So i have a Point of Sale System constructed in PHP. In fact its by [url removed, login to view]
I needed a customer report made that would take the zip code (postal code) of all the customers in the data base and combine them to show exactly how many customers i am getting from each zip code. Basically i need this to make sure my advertising efforts are paying off for the zip codes we are targeting. So when i ask for reports, i choose the date from and to and the list shows up on the on the computer. I also need a pie chart and a bar chart to show the results as.
1) Fetch customer counts/list as per the zip code of the customer. Also, this includes to filter the records as per the date range.
2) Create the pie chart and bar chart to represent the report generated.
3) The reports can be exported to excel file.
I have a test POS login. If you can make this please message me and i will send it over.
- The only rule that i have is i will place the money in a milestone and once the project is completed, i will release the funds then. Since the project is small my budget is extremely low. I am looking for less than $70.
