Server side (supporting Document)
1. SMTP not operating on the host server repair and verify,Chris will turn it on within the application, verify

3 Database test to make sure we are not missing anything or cleanup and test
Application internal server mechanisms and cleanup (chris is working in there already too )

2 Heroku video server account registered, decision on PHPversion to install locally, composer installed (included install sheets) needs key generation see documentation, finish, test, verify
3. Public Landing Page for customer side give them the logged in admin dahsboard.
