Develop client portal, With below minimum functionality 1. Security – it should be a secure system as it involves Customer information. This security should apply to data in motion and the rest. 1.1 use of SSL certificates 1.2 controlled user and administration access to the Loan System Management administration page and hosting environment. 1.3 Backup 1.4 Other security features – please propose. 2. Audit trail – the customer portal must have record all user transactions or activities and allow for retrieval when necessary (activity history). 3. Scalable – they customer portal must be scalable to accommodate new products that may be introduced. 4. Integration – the client portal must have the capability to integrate with USSD solution and Loan Management System. 5. Platform – the client portal should be able to run on any smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer. The solutions should also be browser neutral and run on at least Google Chrome, IE, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari. Other browsers will be an additional advantage. 6. Payment options – the client portal should allow secure loan payment with Electronic Fund transfer (EFT), debit or credit card (VISA & MasterCard) any other secure payments methods. Transaction Verification Methods such credit card verification value ( C V ) or One Time Pin (OTP)should be used. 7. Payment identification – the client portal should have payment referencing to allow for reconciliation of customer payments. 8. Balance checking - customer should be able to display their balances on their outstanding loan amount. 9. Customer statement – the client portal should also allow customers to 9.1 view their loan balances in a dashboard summary 9.2 view their account transaction history 9.3 request their statements (statement period should be flexible); to be sent via email or downloadable. 10. Client feedback - the client portal must allow clients to provide feedback on service experienced, make enquiries and complaints. 11. Loan amortize / calculator – The should be a loan amortizer. 12. Automatic Credit Scoring - the Solution must automatically appraise and credit score a loan application.
