I am interested in a better solution for quoting and booking for my Music contracting business. I have been using a simple excel I did for years but am looking to automate and improve. I have enclosed 2 files, an Excel Sheet with several tabs of the data I need and a Word document explaining the work flow and details of those Excel tabs. I have also enclosed an Excel Quoting sheet I download from the web to show how I would want my quote screen to work.
I really don't care if is an Excel project, Access Project, mySQL, web-based or a combination of those programs, I am just looking for the best solution. Let me know your thoughts and give me an idea of cost. Thanks, Alan
