phpmyadmin to AWS RDS connection

Looking for someone to be able to remote into my computer and help me configure phpmyadmin with a RDS mysql database.

Have tried MYSQL workbench and it works perfectly, but after editing phpMyAdmin/[login to view URL] it still will not connect
