I need a platform independent desktop based software in Java to automatically response emails.
The main software have to be build in Java and it's data has to be synchronized to/from the MySQL database in hosting server using API or any other optimized technology.
> I'll set SMTP and POP3/IMAP of a list of emails to send and receive emails.
> Software should send new mail or reply each received emails automatically with some predefined html message body with or without quoting the received mail body.
In detail, it may have few more functionalities.
I'll give at most 15 to 17 days to build it.
Remember I'm also a developer, so I'll justify your skill before the award. So don't bid if you are confused.
* If you already have experience in similar types of software in any platform, it'll be a big plus.

we are 4 in all, in which one has already worked on SMTP,IMAP4 and POP3 and knows the pros and cons related to this. Rest 3 are java developers so its an beneficial aspect to this project.
