My company, Solarice Systems, is looking for a website to expand onto the internet. We are looking for a coder/designer who can make a wonderful website that looks very similar to the follow websites: [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] Please look over the above websites and make sure that you can do a complete copy of the coding on each page and be able to integrate it into a pre-designed website template before you bid. We are looking for an almost exact clone of these websites except we will have some changes and additions that are included in the documentation. Coders are required to know the following: SSL Secured Pages Advanced MySQL and PHP Shopping Carts Merchant Accounts Administrative and Customer Pages Webpage Searches Integration with FedEX and UPS Delivery Confirmation Systems Etc. *We are also looking for a recommended Credit Card Merchant to use. If you have any recommendations or companies that you have used, please let us know. We need a Merchant account that can handle large transactions from $10k-$25k USD. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.* *WE ALSO HAVE A PRE-DESIGNED TEMPLATE THAT WE NEED THE CODER TO USE WITH THE CODE THAT HE DESIGNS, IF THE CODER NEEDS TO MODIFY THE TEMPLATE A BONUS WILL BE GIVEN* WEBSITE TEMPLATE: [url removed, login to view] Explain how you plan on doing this project. Please look over the websites above as well as the documents very carifully before entering a bid. We are looking to spend under $1,000 USD, but will offer bonuses if needed!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
