AOL /AIM message sender

I need a program that will work for Aol 7.0 & 8.0 that will automatically extract usernames from all chat rooms and then send a message to those names through AIM automatically. I will beable to delete names, save names, and know which names were and were not sent successfully. I need this project done in 20 days. Please do not bid on this project if you cannot access aol isp .
