create QT bindings for PHP

Purpose of this project is to create bindings from PHP to the graphical library QT. This would make PHP a suitable language for cross platform GUI development There seems to be a tool (SMOKE) wich creates bindings for KDE for QT. Shouldn't be too difficult building something similar or using smoke to create dynamic QT PHP bindings. PHP interfaces very easy with C++. With some smart code generation this should work. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) All work published on sourceforge and properly documented using wiki (we will provide server)
