AS2 Flashblocks Development

We're looking for a developer who has expertise in AS2 and preferably the Flashblocks CMS system for a long term relationship.

The first job which requires a bid is to update the line spacing/height throughout a site to match the original and also add a button that links to a popup video.

This is an urgent requirement. Please only post if you are able to prove experience and have a rating about 9.5.
