Database on MYSQL 5.1 problem

I have dedicated server where I have had coder install MySQL 5.1 since the default is only 5.0.

I went not knowing and create database in my account center of mediatample

and assigned my tracking software prosper202 to that databse which was not on MySQL 5.1.

So when I figure that this was wrong I had coder create memceche and database name and username. on the MySQL 5.1. But now is not working properly.

When I pass the subid's to the tracking software prosper202 is not showing those subid's - so I think database is not recording!

Is any one having any ideas???
