create an SEOd wordpress website

We are looking for a company/individual to create a website based on word press.

security and back plugins are essential, and also white labeling wordpress to our company's name.

We have the general layout ready, we have the colors we want you to use, and we have the text and images.

The header will need to have our logo and rotating images( banners).

W have the text ready but in first stage you can use lorem ipsum.

and when the site is approved we will put the text in.

We have most of the text and banners in pdf files, so you will need to copy the text or images from there and there will be some photoshop editing as well.

YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE 5 SAMPLES OF DESIGNS for the site that I can show the client.

when a design is chosen you will allow the customer to make as many little changes needed.

After the customer is happy you will convert the design to wordpress theme.

THE THEME SHOULD BE 100% VALID HTML AND CSS.

The theme should also be 100% optimized for search engines.

The theme will work in all search engines the same and in all their most popular versions.

we will provide all the content for the site.
