create HTML5 Solution for Flash Player on OpenX

We have an Flash Player running OpenX video ads and redirecting to Youtube. We need you to create an HTML5 solution for this. We want the solution to be able to auto dectect the browser and play Flash or HTML5 depending on compatibility. The project uses OpenX. I want the current solution to auto-detect browser and play the OpenX ad with HTML5 for iPhone, iPad and any browser not capable of playing flash. When player renders as HTML5, I want it to act same as Flash which is to play video ads then redirect to Youtube.
