Create Web site that exposes PDF files from a MySQL table, based on URL string argument.

We have a Java application that generates PDF files.

We want to store these PDF files on our INTERNET site and give clients a web URL, containing a unique 45 character string, to retrieve these PDFs, for example [url removed, login to view]

When client uses this link, they get a page where they can download the PDF that our JAVA application has created before.

You will create the Web site (simple page) and code to save and expose these PDF files. Our JAVA app will communicate with your app to give the PDFs and receive the unique string.

You will specify an API for our JAVA application to use. After being called, your application will give our JAVA application a unique 45 char string to use in the URL.

I will only accept bidding from people who can demonstrate ability:

(1) You have built something similar before, that I can see and check.

OR

(2) You build a rudimentary version of this system in your own web space, so I can determine you can handle the work.
