Acrobat like scaling for windowns forms

Produce a container (e.g. a winforms panel control) which will scale all controls which are placed on it according to the dimensions of the container. The container itself would be placed on a windows form.

What I'm looking to do is reproduce the behaviour of Adobe Acrobat. ie. a 'page' can be viewed at any magnification with all the text scaling perfectly along with the form.

I need to be able to place standard windows controls (textboxes, labels, radio buttons etc) onto the container and control the magnification level.

This is an immediate requirement. Delivery date for all source code is Sunday 29th November.

.NET windows forms provide some functionality for this but I have not researched it fully. This will be well suited to someone who has done this before and can just supply the source/usage descriptions.

Supplied code MUST be using VB.NET.
