Complaint Register wih Inventory Register and Scheduler

The software must be developed in VB with access as database.

Database will contain customer name, user id, address, phone nos., email id, dobirth, marriage anniversary date, services start date, services end date, type of package for Compaint and scheduler and other data as normally required in inventory register.

There will one form to fill al the above provided details. This details must be easily exportable to excel sheet when required.

There will be another form to enter complaint which will depend on user id. As one fills user id all other details as address, phone nos. etc. (all enteries will be given) must automatically enter into the form. This form must be in printable form. Scheduler will contain two different displays. One will show all the customers on services end date. Other scheduler will display customers name and email id when their birth day or marriage annivery day comes. Inventory register will be normal.

In the beginning there will be user window with user name and password. The software must ne with feature that at best nobody can make its copy.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Windows 2000 and above. This software must run in networking on various computers.
