Completing and improving Flash website

In the deliverables section below (item 4), you will find a list of cosmetic and design tasks left to

complete our flash site - [[login to view URL]][1]. When you visit this site, you'll need to select "skip" to go to the production site. All work can be completed via Dreamweaver and Flash MX.

I am looking for two quotes: one including and one exluding the first task - the intro work.

Also, please indicate how long it will take you to complete the job.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

*Must also deliver flash source files for this project

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) Tasks:

- Intro needs visual improvement (i.e. better visuals than stock type-tool

and "Be Still My Heart) background music added... intro background should

also match main background (Thomas can provide background image) - Add a

different Music Player (we can provide example) and ensure player moves

with the side menu (select media twice to see how side menu drops

down/expands and retracts) - Contact page sub categories/selections need

to be modified (add management, band) - Music Page layout complete with

music streaming ability

- All page background images need to lay inside the frame.. they currently

overlap/ lay on top of the frame - News page xml text box needs to be

wider and different color to appear as seamless part of flash (we used xml

so I can update the news page dynamically via html with images, links and

text) - The shaded, animated design that contains the text on the Bio page

extends outside of the frame at the bottom instead of appearing inside the

frame - Press page comes up behind home page and other pages (except

media page) when you navigate the menu - Media sub pages need correct

text headings on the actual pages (see Video page that reads "media"

instead of video) - Bio page text needs to be dropped in

- Individual bio text needs to be dropped in once we provide it (we need

your help here, tracy).

- Need online poster print out application for street team (dynamic, printable posters)

## Platform

Needs to run on all flash enabled web browsers
