JAVA & HTML Programmer needed to revise Center for the Gifted website -- 2

Looking for someone skilled in using JAVA & HTML to revise the Center for the Gifted website at www.centerforthegifted.org. We love the existing design of our website, even though some people may consider it old-fashioned, and we want to retain the artwork and format that now exists on the site. However, we need to update and revise some of the text, replace some of the photos, delete two pages, and add two more pages plus three publications with text & photos. We would also like to retain the traffic that visited our old website. We have written the copy, improved the photos to be replaced, and selected more Getty Images to be added. In addition, we can also supply a DVD with the existing artwork now on the site if that's needed. All of these materials are very well organized, and the instructions are clear. We're looking for someone who likes to work as part of a team, and although one of our team members has skills and experience in graphic design for print media, some talent in graphic design would be a plus. Unfortunately, we are not sufficiently tech savvy to do the computer coding necessary to revise the Center website ourselves, and we are looking for someone with the skills and experience needed to do that for us. Our preference would be to work with someone from the tristate Delaware Valley area, with whom we could meet face-to-face initially, someone who has been fully vaccinated, as we have.
