SMS 2-way text game (reverse billing)

SMS 2-way Text Game is conducted in a reverse billing mode. User send a request to me to enter the game through my subscribed SMS Gateway. The means of communication between me and the SMS Gateway is in the form of HTTP Get and Post. I will receive the request from the user and log him/her in my database. I will also reply to the SMS Gateway with a positive acknowledgement after i successfully received the message. Apart from that, i will also send to the user Question No.1 which i randomly choose from a pool of "Question No.1" from my database. If the answer is correct, i will proceed with Question No.2, and so forth. The transaction is approximately 200 SMS requests per second and i am also subscribing to a dedicated Web Server (should be fast enough) to do this game. I will be having a database consists of the user, questions and answers, timing (to see who is the fastest), score per day, etc.... I am letting my choice open for the Database. Coder can suggest a database that is suitable for this application.

## Platform

My subsribed dedicated Web Server is Win2K. I am seeing that this project will require ASP application since it deals with HTTP request and a lot of Database interaction.
