Apps Site

This is an apps site for people looking apps for smart phones, smart devices, joomla, boonex, etc..Respected layout for the site will need to be made, with menu buttons, with catagories, sub catagories and sub catagories, submitting form for developers with proper requirements, contact us, etc buttons. Admin section also where I can add and or remove them as I wish.. It will consist of two registrations forms, one for new members and one for developer( get 45 days for free, after that they can chose respected membership), with a email validation for new registrations, with captcha on it. there need to an admin panel to suspend members and other related admin stuff. Forms, has to be made, with ALL respected menus, sub menus, positive/negative buttons and reporting system. Able to appoint admins that are either developers or members. menu pages for various apps that consist of various topics, that measure in popularity, or costs, length of time, etc.. E commerce into as well for developers( members ships) and members (when buying various apps) with a disclaimer that pops up when being bought. SEO serach on every page that people can do a search, when that is done, it is automatically indexed into the database that is submitted to search engines. This MUST work in all browers from fire fox, ie etc etc.. NOTE***** QA of 90 days will be conducted on this.. NO payment will be released until this is completed PERIOD! If ANY PART of the is not completed and ANY errors are found, and not fixed with in time allowance, payment is NOT made till QA is complete. All work MUST be done my Hosting SERVER as well, so work can be monitored.. If you or your company can not do this, then PLEASE DO NOT WASTE OUR time and DO NOT BID!!! Thanks to all the bid on this, but only those that have a reasonable experience and amount will be contacted for the project, as it will lead to larger ones.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
