Magento simple mod shipping tables rates related

Magento expert needed

I need a custom mod related to **shipping table rates**.

At this moment shipping rates are beign multiplied for each item qty and I don't want them to be multiplied, that's all.

Please don't bid if you're not familiar with magento.
