This program will allow a user to select and read about an important figure from the history of programming language development or the name of a programming language. The forms used in the project should present the data in a creative way and be as user-friendly as possible.

Now you are to employ all of these skills to create a program that allows a user to select and read about an important figure from the history of programming language development or the name of a programming language. The user should be able to click on one of the names in the listbox. When the click-event is activated, a textbox should pop up somewhere on the form. In the textbox should be an explanation or description of the name. (in 25 words or less). For "example: if the name in the listbox is PASCAL, the text explanation or description might read, "Early developer of a calculating machine called the Pascaline whose name has been given to a popular teaching-oriented computer programming language."

Your listbox should contain the list of names. There must be at least two names in the listbox. Be as creative as possible in designing your form. Also, make the form as user-friendly as possible.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
