Simple Loan Payment Program

Must be written in VB6.

The program will be able to track a loan from start to finish. Payments against the principle should be allowed at anytime - and the payment schedule should reflect the correct payout information.

If a Payment against the principle is removed - the program would also update the schedule and should reflect the correct payout information.

Example: Let's say I have a $200,000 loan on my home, and the period is for 30 years - with $2000 a month payment. After 10 years, I decide to make a few extra payment against the principle this year. It should reflect these changes - however, the intial monthly payment would always stay the same.

This program would allow me to make payments on any date or any year - and see the changes immediately. If I made mistake on a principle payment - the program will allow me to remove that payment - and reflect the changes immediately.

This program would allow me to project in the future - future payments to priciple by date - and reflect the changes immediately.

Last: The program would allow me to save the current loan in it's own file - so that it could be loaded at another time.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
