Transforming page designs into templates and site pages

Our designer has nearly completed the design to a property web site, and we now need someone to take designs he made and produce the templates and pages. Your code has to be clean, the pages must be w3c compliant, work cross broswer and adhere to all web standards.

We need an efficient HTML guru to create them within days of the designs being signed off. You will also need to create the corresponding pages, for example the standard text page will be used to create 14 pages, you must drop in all content and images however, our programmer will integrate the content management tool and database.

Some small elements of design may be required but these will be minimal as you will be following a guide for what each page should look like.

The basic framework of what the site will look like is attached, its currently being completed but the frame work will be this style.

You will need a proven track record on RAC no scores less than 9 - this will eventually be a big site when the dymanic part is entered so it needs to have someone that produces excellent clean code.

## Deliverables

1) Complete all templates and pages for the property site

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) All links should lead to dummy pages

b) All work should be uploaded to the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

c) No frames

d) w3c compliant, adhere to all web standards cross broswer etc

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
