I need you to compile a database the first 500 websites listed on Clickbank "Health & Fitness" category at [[url removed, login to view]][1]
You need to manually visit each website and create a spreadsheet with the following columns:
1)Website Name
2)URL
3)Affiliate Code
4)Contact First Name (from the sales letter)
5)Contact Last name (from the sales letter)
6)Contact Email (from the sales letter)
7)Whois First Name
8)Whois Last Name
9)Whois Email
10)Whois Street Address
11)Whois City
12)Whois State
13)Whois Zip
14)Whois Country
15)Whois Phone
Website name should be obtained by visiting the website. Do not copy/paste the name of the Clickbank listing! For example, listing #2 has a title "Fat Loss '4' Idiots - *Brand New Price!" - this is NOT the correct website name. The correct website name would be "Fat Loss 4 Idiots"
The URL should be the real website address (not the affiliate link). For example, [url removed, login to view]
Affiliate code can be found by putting the mouse over "create hoplink" link on the Clickbank listing (the code is displayed in the browser's status bar). For example, on the 2nd listing the affiliate code is "4idiots")
Fields 4, 5 and 6 are the contact info that is found on the sales letter. The name is usually found either on top of the sales letter or on the bottom. For field #6, if there is a link to website contact form instead of e-mail address, put URL of contact form.
Fields 7-15 are contact information from Whois domain registration record. You can look it up at <[url removed, login to view]>
When bidding, please include the data for the 1st record. This will help ensure that you completely understand the requirements.

1) Complete spreadsheet with data as described in the specs
2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
