**Job Description:**
IMPORTANT: You need to base the design of the web site (and shopping cart) on the sites [[url removed, login to view]][1]& <[url removed, login to view]>. I do not want a clone but the design needs to be similar to the sites above.
The previous web developer has provided me with some Fireworks layered templates (see attachment). I will also forward those to the successful bidder.
1) Convert into html; HOME PAGE ??" current format is Adobe Fireworks, layered template. I will provide you with 3 Flash images for the top of the Home page. They need to be converted into a slideshow.
2) ABOUT US - current format is Adobe Fireworks, layered template ??" convert to HTML
3) Convert my CART PAGE (current format is Adobe Fireworks, layered template) into ‘Ecommerce Plus ([url removed, login to view]) Shopping cart format.
4) Also, you need to help me to set-up the shopping cart with info such as my business name (and address etc), insert my logo and teach me how to set-up categories, upload images.
5) Set-up the Ecommerce Plus shopping cart with Australia Post and Paymate ([url removed, login to view])
6) Set-up Privacy Policy and Disclaimers. I will provide you with the text.
IMPORTANT: It is important that you are capable of configuring the Ecommerce Plus cart so that it will be fully functional before completing this project.
I would like the successful bidder to continue to work with me on this web project with other modifications that needs to be done at a later stage.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
