Cookie order tracking

This might be just a hack or a coding/ consulting thing so hard for us to estimate. We have an existing order tracking that tracks orders for an ecommerce website. It operates by comparing cookies on this ecommerce website against the what we see in the order_confirmation page. We request our partners to insert this existing code in their pages: ------ ----- That ALL WORKS fine. Now here is the task we need consulting and/or coding for. Right now our customers have to send all orders to us and we compare it to our cookie database of user that have been at our website before. That makes some of them very uncomfortable as we can see ALL THEIR orders not just the ones we triggered (meaning where we have a cookie). Now we would like to alter our existing solution (which is working great otherwise) to a solution that DOES not require our customer to send all orders by only the ones that actually have been triggered by us (meaning we have a cookie for that use in our DB). We are pretty open to all useful suggestions here. A winning bid either tells us how to implement that (in simple steps for our developers) or the coder uses our code and alters it so it works as desired. Thanks!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
