Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can make a multi-lingual version (at least EN plus Czech) from an existing English only MySQL / PHP webapplication.
I will take care of the translations from English to Czech myself after you have extracted all English labels / texts to a single language file.
This job is to build in a language switch functionality and to support two (or more) languages.

Deliver:
* - modifications to the software to make it language neutral
* - an english language file containing all extracted labels / texts that be be translated into a czech language file
* - a mechanism for a visitor to switch language from the homepage using simple links or country icons.
