Clone Flash Intro

Hello,

I am searching for a serious Flash coder that would provide me a clone of? <[login to view URL]>

You can use any template, if you have one or develope form scratch (it's up to you).

The intro should have the possibility of uploading images and description? from an external source (XML or MySqo, XML preferred).

The circle should move smoothly. and when the images are clicked, a description of the pic must pop up.? The circle should also react to mouse movements as in the link above.

You don't have to provide any images.
