Create a new Jobs Ticker (Like RAC's)

hi,

I need a dynamic ticker to similar to the "newest jobs" ticker on RAC internal page (down to your left, I think).

This ticker needs to display real time updates of design contest launched on a php website.

It also needs to have the same options:

* "put this ticker on your site" with easy to copy and paste code.

* "see all XXX open contests" with link to my site.

design and size is also similar to RAC's (only different colors).
