Create web app with drag and drop calculator system(repost)

Require web application calculator with

* would think java or php would be best

* drag and drop features onto a grid. Dropping items (eg. poles, shelves) onto the grid also populates fields with dimensions? (eg. shelf lengths)

* calculate wardrobe dimensions and prices based on dimensions

* mouseovers (approx 29 mouseovers describing features)

* approximately 3 screens

* saves, stores completed designs in database

* ability to retrieve, select and edit design from dropdown box

* Ability to print designs created by user or checkboxes to select or save designs and proceed to checkout

* Quote extra for ability for user to log onto website and retrieve saved designs (please send? message quoting this separately

* this application needs the ability to start with a presaved sample design and be able to change design

* Simple admin panel (approx 5 fields)
