Crystal online asset management

Hi I need a online system for managing the availability of a number of assets. Each asset will need a jpeg image and several fields of text and a calender. My client needs to be able to easily add and remove assets from the data base and to mark in each assets calender there availability or not.

For each day the system needs to produce an xml document that includes all assets that are available and reference to the jpg and the text fields. This will then be used by a flash document in our website to display available assets on a given day.
