Custom Facebook Tab

I wanted to have a new tab created for my facebook page called Explore.

I want the tab to work just like this one does <[url removed, login to view]?v=app_4949752878&ref=ss>

I want it to include the Flash or whatever it is with the "places to stay-activites, restaurants, etc.

Wityh the ability to add photos to each listing as this has it.

If it is setup, I can add and edit the photos and content. I feel fairly confident with HTML, and Flash. But Don't have the time to set this up.

If I can alter the photos and content via a xml file- that would be prefect.
