change graphic to flash file on website

need to change 3 graphics on this website to flash files. They were made as bg files so css changes will be needed. I've included the source files here for you to look at before you make your bid.
The flash files will be made the same size as the current graphics.

To all bidders: The flash files are complete already, i just need them to be inserted into the site. I do not need you to create any flash files for me. Thank you. Also, if you look at the files you'll notice that the images that need to be replaced are in the bg of the page and the pages are put together with css. Please respond if you can still do the work requested.
