Automatic Paypal transactions import with paypal API

I need a software that will automatically schedule import of transactions from the targeted paypal account? and store it to the computer (csv output file option possible). This could be a web based or a desktop application. this software needs to work with the paypal api.

once data is imported the software can enable the user to determine status "shipped" "not shipped"
