I would like to develop a database driven website which can be surfed to find available office space in my area. Office Space may be for sale or lease.
Would like it to be done in .Net
Basically, this site will have 2 areas. One for listing agents or bulding owners, and one for surfers looking for space.
Listing agents must be able to upload pictures and descriptions of office spaces. Also should be able to maintain their account, remove listings, pay online (recurring billing), etc.
I must be able to maintain the database of agents and building owners and see if they are current with their payments. number of offices they have listed, etc.
For surfers looking for office space, data can be sorted on number of offices needed, square footage needed, Rental Rates, for lease or sale, etc.
Would like to have a map render red dots where there is matching available space once perameters are selected with mouse overs of where the offices are and perhaps a picture of the buildings, descriptions, etc. Would like to interface with Google Maps for this.
Site layout must be professional with areas open for advertizing, etc.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
