URL Selector control(repost)

I need someone to build a control that i can reused thought a web application that will help the user select a url. It will be similar to a calendar popup, and when the user clicks an icon next to a textbox it will openup a window. The user can edit the address of the window and navigate. When they reach the url that they want to record they will click a submit button on that window and that url will be recorded in the textbox.

This needs to work in both IE6 and IE7 as well as FireFox.

I would accept either an ASP.net (vb.net 2.0) control or a purely javascript solution. At one time i considering using telerik's RadWindow for the popup but then had trouble with the submit button. Maybe a submit button isn't even necessary if the current url is always written back to the textbox.

I also want to be able to set a parameter or property in the popup button so that i can set a default url for the new window that comes up

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
