Browser-based Video Player

We've decided that this does not have to be done in Windows Media Player. It can be done using the most appropriate technology. The video needs to be playable from a browser using whatever technology makes sense.

I need Windows Media Player to be customized. I need a slider to control the playback speed of the video/audio. I need the ability to set a loop area by placing a beginning marker and an end marker. Then when the "Play" button is clicked the section between the markers is played over and over. There should be a reset loop which put the beginning marker at the beginning of the video and the end marker at the end of the video. I don't want the URL of the video to be shown anywhere in the player.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

FYI: NASCAR has something close to what we want. You can fast forward and fast rewind. There used to be a button for slow motion, but's gone now. We hope to have a slider for full speed down to still frame. When you first go there it says that it needs to install a Windows Media Player Extension, so that's a clue. Thanks, -Mike
