Develop Google-Like Search Engine for Paid Text Advertising

Looking for a team to develop Web-Based Search engine.

1) Google/Yahoo type search engine with natural search results

2) Includes ability for advertisers to pay for related "Search-Based" Text-link advertising.

I currently have an email website with users, and want to offer the additional service of Web-Based Search. I am looking for team with good ideas, proof of prior developments, capability, and excellent communication skills.

I am open to suggestions relating to the expense of the development.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional Search Engine. Working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition: Search Capability, related search-based advertising capability, and advertiser payment process and account handling.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The email site is coded in PHP. This is probably irrelevant to the development of the Web-Based Search Engine code. I am open to suggestions relating to the development of the Search Engine.
