Hello,

Here what I'm looking for:

I want customers to be able to order installation codes automatically using any payment processor then be directed to a form whre they can fillout their website url and click submit and the [url removed, login to view] file will give them a one time code to be used for installation of the php randomizer. Customers can't access the form more than one. Payment should be confirmed any way you know safe to enable them to process their request.

**2- Simple Upgrades:

*** A more complex creation of installation code if possible.

* Members can order more than one rotator at a time with different prices that can be set by the admin. They also can change their earnings into rotators instead of cash out.

* Members can get downloads based on the number of rotators they have. If they have 1 rotator they will get x,y,z, if they have 2 rotaors they get a,b,c and so on. Complete admin control, add, edit, delete, assign downloads to number of rotators needed.

* Members stats: clickthroughs, referrals, earnings, number of times their url shown.

* Admin ability to add banners for members to promote their referral url, members will get the code from the members area.

* A logout function for members and admin section

* [url removed, login to view] file where the script can be installed through the browser and customers can specify the system settings while running [url removed, login to view]

* [url removed, login to view] file that enable customers to upgrade the php randomizer from what it is now to reflect the changes above.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
