Static Page Generator Tool & Database help(repost)

What we are wanting is to have a static directory in all our sites. We have a basic template that we want to use. You can view the general layout at [[url removed, login to view]][1] (the home page).

We have MySql on the host server. We have the info to be loaded into the database in text files. We need you to create a tool that will load the information into the database. There will end up being a database for each site, so the tool will have to be able to be used on any of them.

We also want a tool that will create static web pages (using whatever template we choose) from the directory. The content of the body in those pages will basically be company names, addresses, phone numbers and website(s). The keywords, title, description and url's must correspond to the name of the company being presented.

For example:

1. The actual directory on the home page is where the client will choose what state;

2. The next page will be the cities within that state that we have info for;

3. The next page will be the companies that are listed within whichever city the client chose.

4. The next page will be the actual information on the company itself.

More details to be given when bid is accepted.

If this tool can be created without the use of a database, that would be even better. If we need a database, then the previous database tool would have to be created. We prefer to only use one tool if possible.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
