Timeshare Points Sale

The look, feel and functionality of this site will look alot of

<[url removed, login to view]> but the overall mission and goal of the site will be dramatically different by:

1. Focusing specifically on one timeshare company (with ability to extend it to other timeshare companies respectively (scalable)

2. Primarily focused on Points for Cash - phase II will be possibly to 'sell' an entire timeshare but this site will focus on short term member needs to acquire more points or to sell points before they expire.

3. Non-vendor members (not part of timeshare program) will be able to acquire points from members for a slightly higher price potentially than the members (different log ins and different prices).

4. User Management System: a. Members to place offers, bid on points b. non-members to bid on points c. administrator to administer the site and modify content on main pages. Survey with specific 'categories and questions' will be answered by each user - these answers need to be stored and available for future analysis....

5. Mini-CMS (content management) to modify the content as noted in 4 as well as to define new pages (templates, structure and content).

6. Integration with Paypal for cash transfer.

7. Fee structure to be easily modified by administrator (x per point or ?) for company to generate and track revenue and receive paypal payments etc.

8. Ability to email all member-base through a centralized "campaign management" solution - so we can see results like # of clicks, # of read, # of bounces, # of forwards, also forward to a friend option.

9. One of the templates will need to include a "calculator" that will help the users determine # of points needed to acquire, also upgrade choices available.

10. Forum board for users to communicate.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
