We have movie clips from a large number of travel resorts. We want to show them in banners with a click-to-play/mouse-over-to-play functionality. See drafts/simple demo here:

NOTE: we want the banners without sound!
Before mouse-over/click-to-play the basic state of the banner will be our company logo and a still picture from the resort, the name of the resort, and a simple but eye-catching "click here to see video" animation.
When the film is playing we will scroll info about prices and facilities in a "stock-market-ticker" fashion next to the movie area. Source text comes from us.
We will test with 5 different resorts = 5 movies = 5 banners.
We will begin with 468x240 with a movie clip and scrolling info side by side.
If successful, there will be many more resorts and also different banner format versions.
Coders must have online portfolio showing flash experience.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Possible to play with the latest free flash-player. We will want the entire flash-project files (.fla), not only the .swf files
