Capture and save twitter messages by search terms

I need the following small web application developed. It has 3 simple parts. I would like to use Java Tomcat, MySQL and host his on AWS EC2.

_Part 1: Capture_

A Java program to capture a set of public tweets that mention a particular twitter account or twitter hashtag. For example: capture all tweets that "mention" the account @nbcagt (that includes twitter "retweets" and twitter "replies") or that include the hashtag #agt. I would like to be able to specify multiple accounts or multiple hashtags as a group to be captured together. There may be more than one group.

For example:

* tweets that mention @nbcagt or #agt or #agtfinals -> group 1

* tweets that mention @foxmasterchef or @masterchef or #masterchef or #recipe -> group 2

_Part 2: Storage_

Results should be stored in a MySQL DB. Schema can be suggested by coder, but should at least make it easy to query each group separately and also ensure the tweet timestamp is a dedicated field.

Example fields that should be present:

* group (as described above)

* twitter message username or id

* twitter message text

* twitter message timestamp

_Part 3: Display_

Results should be displayed on a simple web page as counts of occurrences of each of the @ or # terms. Layout is up to coder as long as clear and simple. The counts should be between 2 timestamps. These can be suggested by the coder for now (i.e. start with counts per week).
