clone RAC process of bid requesting(repost)

In PHP and MYSQL

1. Build me a web site witch clone the bid posting(request new bid) process.

2. User Account creation

3. User Management

i. user should be able to see history of requested bids.

ii. admin should be able to see history of requested bids.

Screens are attached.

NOTE - graphics should be different and should not copy RAC protected things.

Don't bid if you can.t complete this quickly(3 days).
