Implement CSS & Work on PHP/AJax Custom Site

I have a site that is built using PHP/Ajax. The coder that originally built it doesn't have time to support it so I am looking for a new coder to help me implement some changes, add documentation (the code currently doesn't have comments) and in the future add new features.

For this project I would like to hire someone to work on implementing a new web design on the site. I have a coded html/css template that I would like to be applied to the current running site that is bare bones but has all the features of the template.

In the process of implementing the design you will need to find out what the different sections of code do. I would like for the coder to also add comments to the code so in the future it will be easier to go back in and change/add to the code.

I would rather not show the site since it is still in development so if you are interested in working on this project (& future work on the project) please let me know your qualifications and I will then show you the site as well as the html/css template that needs to be applied.
